Eliassen Group is seeking a ServiceNow Software Engineer III. This role focuses on enhancing and extending ServiceNow platform functionality using JavaScript, REST APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub. The ideal candidate has 2–10 years of experience working with enterprise applications and ServiceNow plugins/modules, along with solid front-end skills in HTML and CSS. Familiarity with automated testing and Python is a plus. The position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact automation and business process solutions within a dynamic IT environment.

Location: Cincinnati, OH 45202

Duration: 6 months (Possibility for extension)

Schedule: Hybrid

Rate: $50 - $69 / hr. w2

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the design, development, and implementation of enhancements of applications built on the Service-now platform.
• Extend Service Now functionality leveraging out of the box components or writing javascript / API's etc.
• Design, develop, optimize, and enhance Service-now application software to deliver solutions that automate and audit business processes.
• Develop and implement designed solutions to fulfill business requirements and test, analyze, collaborate and assist with translating those business requirements into technical requirements to ensure a smooth implementation of new enhancements, applications, modules or integrations of new services with other platforms.

Experience Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Web 2.0 Technologies and Web communication protocols.
• Solid understanding of the application development lifecycle process, including requirement analysis, quality assurance, design, scheduling, implementation, issue tracking, version control release management and deployment.
