Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead IT/OM Asset Management engagements across multiple client projects. You will manage and mentor teams, define requirements for mobile, web, and tablet interfaces, and deliver high-quality solutions aligned with client needs.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced ServiceNow certifications, and experience from Big-4 or equivalent consulting environments. A hybrid work model and extensive client collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• 4–6+ years of ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• CSA or CAD certification; plus two of: Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Data Foundations.
• 5+ years of Big-4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Strong soft skills including executive communication and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Skills and Attributes for Success

• Act as an engagement or workstream lead across all aspects of a ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project.
• Manage and mentor a multi‑disciplinary team of 5–10+ resources, including offshore resources.
• Build and foster client relationships and demonstrate the value of EY services.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to make fact‑based decisions and resolve conflicts.
• Provide guidance and industry‑leading practice expertise for ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management implementations.
• Analyze company’s IT/OM Asset Management people, process, and technology capabilities, and provide recommendations.
• Advise on the connectivity of the CMDB and IT Operations Management to ITSM processes.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist, AI Agents, and AI Control Tower.
• Familiarity with OT/IoT asset intelligence platforms such as Armis or similar.
• Shape AI‑enabled asset management roadmaps that improve visibility, compliance, lifecycle risk management, and business value.
• Lead client process and design sessions and facilitate requirements workshops.
• Experience in waterfall and agile delivery models, including planning, status reporting, budgets, and risk logs.
• Support pre‑sales efforts including creating proposals and estimates.
• Create high‑quality deliverables and project artifacts.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant ServiceNow IT/OM Asset Management project experience.
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).
• Minimum of two of the following ServiceNow certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Data Foundations
• 5+ years of Big‑4 or equivalent consulting experience.
• Excellent soft skills – executive communication, adaptability, problem solving, teamwork, relationship building, dependability, and organization.
• Experience leading teams and supervising others.
• A driver’s license valid in the U.S.
• Ability to travel to meet client needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Vulnerability Response.
• Performance analytics and reporting experience – certifications are a plus.
• Experience in ServiceNow’s AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, AI Control Tower).
• Experience with Armis and other OT asset tracking platforms (e.g., Nozomi).

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary range from $142,600 to $261,500 in all U.S. locations, with higher ranges for selected markets.
