Description

We look for candidates who are well versed in the Servicenow skills and can demonstrate a higher knowledge in Servicenow SecOps to solve real world problems and maximise value of the product for our clients.

The Senior Technical Consultant is an experienced multi-skilled professional, with hands on experience in Servicenow SecOps implementations. He/she is a good team player, who is part of a team responsible for managing the act as an Advisory to our customers.

The Servicenow consultant is motivated to take strong ownership on actions, to find innovative ways to improve the services agility and efficiency, and to continuously gain more skills.

Responsibilities

1. Work with Clients, Functional and Technical teams to drive effective management of the application.
2. Ability to lead a team of consultants and deliver to the client.
3. Support and Manage System testing as well as supporting the customer through User Acceptance Testing and Post Production phase.
4. Innovate ways to automate repetitive processes.
5. Think creatively to solve the user problem with holistic and simple solution.
6. Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
7. Ensure compliance with the documented processes and procedures throughout the life cycle.
8. Create SOP documentation and update them to implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies.

Must have Skills and Qualifications

1. The Service Now SecOps (Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response) developer would need to have at least 8 years of experience in Security Incident Response/Vulnerability Response modules.
2. Working experience in configuring Security incident response applications.
3. Working experience in configuring Vulnerability response applications and integration with vulnerability scanner tool.
4. Thorough understanding of ServiceNow Security incident response and Vulnerable Item processes.
5. Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
6. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, AngularJS within the ServiceNow platform.
7. Experience integrating third-party security tools, systems, and APIs with ServiceNow.
8. Certified Implementation Specialist(CIS) certification in Security Incident Response (SIR) and(or) Vulnerability Response (VR) is highly desired.
9. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
10. Ability to lead a team of consultants and take end-to-end ownership of project implementation tasks.
11. Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
