ServiceNow SecOps Implementation Manager

This position requires leadership, decision‑making, and management skills to oversee ServiceNow SecOps implementations for clients.

Responsibilities

• Support pre‑sales activities such as demonstrations, project scoping, proof of concepts, and assist with preparing SOWs.
• Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow to support their security programs.
• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design, working directly with the Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and development team to ensure on‑track delivery.
• Facilitate project introductions, kick‑off meetings, and weekly client status meetings while creating and managing project timelines.
• Provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow configuration.
• Conduct final quality assurance reviews of all deliverables.
• Design and deliver end‑user training.
• Expand client vision and opportunities to drive additional business value through ServiceNow.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a professional environment.
• 3+ years delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on security.
• Certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – SIR & VR.
• Experience as a ServiceNow implementation lead or system administrator.
• Knowledge and experience running a security program on ServiceNow.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience providing business, operations, or technical consulting to senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Compensation

The disclosed range estimate is $103,200.00 – $210,900.00 per year, adjusted for applicable geographic differentials.
