Qualifications

  • CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570/8140-compliant certification
  • 5+ years supporting ServiceNow, ITSM, or enterprise platform operations
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions, roles, and access workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting project, program, or implementation activities
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Drug test and background screen required

ServiceNow Program Specialist

Location: Hybrid to Robins Air Force Base (Warner Robins, GA), Tinker Air Force Base (Oklahoma City, OK), Hill Air Force Base (Ogden, UT), or Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (Dayton, OH).

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Program Specialist to support the development, administration, deployment, and adoption of applications within a client ecosystem using ServiceNow. This role combines creative thinking on use of ServiceNow, ServiceNow administration, user support, and stakeholder engagement to ensure users can effectively access and utilize newly deployed applications and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support ServiceNow platform capabilities and workflows
  • Develop new capabilities within ServiceNow and suggest best practices of use
  • Manage user onboarding, account provisioning, role assignments, and access requests
  • Coordinate system access and ensure users can effectively leverage available applications and services
  • Support deployment and integration of applications as needed
  • Collaborate with government stakeholders, developers, and system owners
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automation, and user experience

The ideal candidate possesses strong ServiceNow experience, a customer-focused mindset, passion for organization and process, the ability to bridge technical and operational requirements while supporting enterprise modernization efforts, and ServiceNow experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Must hold active DoD Secret security clearance (this requires US Citizenship)
  • CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570/8140-compliant certification
  • 5+ years of experience supporting ServiceNow, IT service management, or enterprise platform operations
  • Experience managing user accounts, permissions, roles, and access workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting project, program, or implementation activities
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Acceptable candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background screen
Preferred Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Experience supporting Air Force, AFSC, or other DoD organizations
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and modernization programs
  • Familiarity with enterprise application deployments and integration efforts
  • Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives
