Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Pre-sales Solutions Consultant to support our sales efforts in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, coupled with a strong understanding of healthcare industry challenges and requirements. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to design and present tailored ServiceNow solutions that address the unique needs of our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, conduct discovery sessions, and gather detailed requirements from healthcare organizations.
- Solution Design: Design and architect customized ServiceNow solutions that align with healthcare industry standards, addressing key challenges such as patient management, IT operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrations and POCs: Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts (POCs) that showcase the value of ServiceNow solutions in a healthcare setting.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of technical proposals, RFP responses, and other sales collateral that highlight the benefits of ServiceNow for healthcare clients.
- Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide expert guidance to both internal teams and clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including our leadership, delivery team, and customer success, to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to project delivery.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their pain points and ensuring alignment with ServiceNow solutions.
- Process: Develop and improve sales related processes and templates in support of growing and scaling our sales capacity while maintaining high quality, such as scoping calculators, standardized proposal materials, internal request management processes, and operational metrics/reporting.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or implementing the ServiceNow platform with 2+ years in a Pre-sales Solutions Consultant role for a ServiceNow Partner.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, FSM, and other relevant modules.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMR/EHR systems, and regulatory requirements such as HIPAA is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Additional certifications in relevant product areas highly desired.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to support the sales process, including requirements gathering, solution design, and proposal development. Demonstrate sensitivity and strong judgement with sales-related nuances and strategies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset focused on delivering client value.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to facilitate productive working sessions requiring input from several stakeholders.
