Job Details
  • Type: Permanent
  • Salary: $200,000 per year + bonus
  • Location: Remote, with occasional travel to client sites (U.S.-based, near Chicago, IL, or Atlanta, GA preferred)
  • Visa: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Our client is a US-based consultancy specializing in digital transformation, low-code platforms, and enterprise automation, with a team of 300 professionals serving diverse sectors. Headquartered in Chicago, they are a ServiceNow Elite Partner expanding their practice.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute ServiceNow practice strategy for 20% annual growth.
  2. Lead ServiceNow implementations across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM).
  3. Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 consultants.
  4. Collaborate with sales to secure $5M+ in revenue.
  5. Provide technical leadership, leveraging ServiceNow’s low-code and AI features.
  6. Maintain high client satisfaction (>95%).
  7. Stay current on ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
  8. Partner with ServiceNow account teams for certifications and co-innovation.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  2. 7+ years ServiceNow experience, including 3+ in leadership roles.
  3. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM mandatory).
  4. Experience with ServiceNow modules, integrations, and low-code development.
  5. Proven track record managing large projects and leading teams.
  6. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  7. Willing to travel up to 25%.
