This position offers the opportunity to build an environment from the ground up (provisioning, configuration, security hardening, integration enablement, and readiness validation) within a secure federal enclave, and to serve as the platform owner supporting module implementation (including CMDB), platform upgrades, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on platform expert who is comfortable taking an environment from zero to production and staying with it as it grows.
Major responsibilities include standing up, configuring, securing, and maintaining the ServiceNow platform, establishing the design and administration standards that keep the environment stable, and collaborating with security, infrastructure, and program stakeholders to deliver a compliant, production-ready platform.
