Job Description

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Architect & Manager to design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions while effectively managing technical resources. This role requires strong architectural expertise combined with resource planning and team leadership to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design scalable ServiceNow applications across CSM, OM, SPM and custom modules using App Engine, scripting, and integrations.

Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present ServiceNow product driven solutions to stakeholders.

Analyze customer feedback and success metrics to drive continuous improvement of CSM processes and AI implementations.

Enforce technical governance, security, and compliance standards across the platform.

Lead ServiceNow platform upgrades by applying best practices and integrating AI-driven automation, virtual agents, and predictive analytics to improve workflows.

Optimize resource allocation by forecasting needs, assigning staff, and tracking availability using ServiceNow Resource Management tools.

Manage technical resources and provide team leadership during development and support. Collaborate on capacity planning, workloads, and address skill gaps to meet project and portfolio demands.

Coordinate with external vendors and citizen developers, providing governance and training to internal teams.

Mentor teams on best practices and guide implementations; monitor platform health, optimize performance, and resolve incidents.

Partner with business leaders to align ServiceNow solutions with organizational goals and develop technical roadmaps; collaborate with ServiceNow Impact and Support teams to resolve issues.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.

Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, with a particular emphasis on Customer Service Management (CSM), OM, and AI capabilities, including Now Assist, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence.

Strong ITIL processes, and methodologies.

Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies.

Proven ability to manage resources, plan capacity, and lead cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong hand on skills with CSM, SPM, Now Assist, Automation Engine, RPA tools and AI-driven automation within ServiceNow.

Previous experience managing vendor relationships and citizen developer programs.

Experience managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

Strong background in ITIL process design and digital transformation leadership.

Experience with cloud technologies and integrations (AWS, GCP).

Proven track record of driving customer adoption and value realization.
