Job summary

AMETEK, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow ITSM Process and Governance Specialist in Berwyn, PA. You will govern ITSM processes, translate business needs into standardized workflows, and collaborate with IT teams and platform resources to ensure consistent adoption across a complex environment.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager of IT Service Delivery, you will manage governance materials, metrics, and compliance, while supporting continual improvement and enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and IT service management experience.
• 7+ years in IT service management and process governance.
• 3+ years hands-on ITIL/ServiceNow process development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, governance reviews, and stakeholder meetings to align local needs with enterprise ITSM objectives.
• Evaluate enhancements and customizations for process compliance using standard ServiceNow capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders, IT teams, and ServiceNow resources to ensure practical, measurable processes and platform configuration.
• Lead ITSM governance across incident, problem, change, request, and service catalog processes.
• Drive continual service improvement through metrics, reports, and audit readiness.
