ServiceNow IT Asset Manager - SAM (Hiring ASAP) 100% Remote

*Interested candidates MUST HAVE strong experience in Hardware Asset Management utilizing ServiceNow as the main platform/tool.*

Description

TEKsystems' client is seeking a Sr. Solutions Architect to assess our end point lifecycle ITSM/ITAM program from cradle to grave. The focus will be on building structure and architecture around enterprise asset management, including end-of-life programs globally, disposal, or lease returns. This role will also be key in implementing and managing a global asset tagging and data collection program. Strong financial management, tools assessment, implementation skills, and experience with ITAM tools and third-party providers are required. Leadership skills are essential to drive process improvements, define processes, and manage third-party partners.

Required Skills

1. Enterprise architecture and solution architecture
2. Asset management, especially Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
3. Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW)
4. Building cradle-to-grave ITAM models
5. 10+ years in solutions strategy for IT Asset Management
6. Governance, standards development, and methodology for project delivery and portfolio management
7. Stakeholder engagement and third-party vendor management
8. Technical architecture and roadmap development
9. Analytical skills and proficiency with Office 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Teams)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $85.00/hr. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, critical illness, accident, hospital coverage, 401(k), life insurance, disability, HSA, transportation benefits, Employee Assistance Program, and PTO. Eligibility depends on job classification and employment length. Benefits are subject to change.
