Overview

Job Title: ServiceNow IRM Developer

Location: New York, Salt Lake City, UT, Phoenix, AZ, Remote (EST Time zone)

Experience Required: 6+ Years

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM).
• Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM).
• Configure and customize functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting.
• Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows.
• Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Perform data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for IRM solutions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience with 5+ years (the role notes 6+ years overall experience).
• Strong experience in ServiceNow IRM modules and related workflows, configurations, and customizations.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and work with risk/compliance stakeholders.
