As a ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Subject Matter Expert, you will work with a well-developed team of professionals to help ensure comprehensive risk management of cloud and emerging technologies in a large enterprise environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Support the implementation of ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) applications, including Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM)

Identify opportunities for customizations, automations, and integrations to meet top customer needs

Troubleshoot and solve challenges resulting from the migration of from one GRC tool to another; identify opportunities for automation or other efficiency solutions in migration

Lead the effort to develop user team operation procedures and training plans

Work with stakeholders and end users to define and create dashboards and reports that increase visibility into system risk posture and create actionable insights

Collaborating daily and weekly with our team to ensure transparent communication, project priorities and effective team efforts

What You Have to Have

Expert knowledge of and extensive hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications, including Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM)

Exposure to risk management framework such as NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, ISO 27001, ISO 27002, or HITRUST

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

Knowledge of security control assessment processes is helpful but not required
