Job summary

U.S. Bank’s Fleet Product Group seeks a hands-on ServiceNow Engineer/Developer to modernize internal operations and improve customer support for the Fleet business.

You’ll design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across CSM, onboarding, issue management, and API integrations with source-of-truth systems, working in an agile scrum environment.

The role requires strong JavaScript and portal development skills, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ServiceNow development including design, configuration, customization, testing and support.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.
• Experience across full SDLC from requirements to post-production support.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical designs and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop onboarding workflows and customer-facing issue management portals.
• Integrate ServiceNow with core platforms via APIs and ensure quality engineering in SDLC.
