Job summary
Signature IT World Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow DevOps Lead to drive DevOps initiatives and lead the integration of ServiceNow with enterprise development tools in our Illinois team.
You will automate deployment processes and coordinate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth releases. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow DevOps, CI/CD, workflows, scripting, and Agile delivery, with a track record of leading technical teams and delivering value in
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience with ServiceNow DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Experience with ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripting.
- Familiarity with DevOps Change Velocity.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience leading technical teams and coordinating with developers, QA, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and enhancement of ServiceNow DevOps solutions
- Configure and manage DevOps Change Velocity and CI/CD integrations
- Automate change requests, approvals, and deployment processes
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, and scripts
- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise DevOps and CI/CD tools
- Establish and enforce DevOps policies, controls, and best practices
- Troubleshoot deployment and integration issues
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and business teams
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
