Job Description:

• 4-5 ServiceNow engineers
• Tech stack: ServiceNow EC/other modules for marketplace & catalog, ServiceNow/Terraform integration, ServiceNow/CDK integration, ServiceNow/JIRA integration, ServiceNow/FinOps integration, ServiceNow/Asset Management integration

Skills required:

• ServiceNow Catalog and Portal Developer: Expertise in managing and setting up ServiceNow service catalogs and customizing the Service Portal (Employee Center)
• Create ServiceNow workflows for marketplace operations and workflows (including custom approvals)
• Experience implementing custom intake forms in ServiceNow, custom metadata and attributes for services
• Experience developing custom UI/UX over ServiceNow Marketplace (Employee Center) for enhanced user experience

Integration and Marketplace Automation:

• Code integrations of marketplace with external systems (e.g., FinOps, Asset Management)
• Experience implementing APIs and orchestration flows (e.g., AWS CDK)

CMDB and Infra Product Lifecycle:

• [Optional] Configuration and maintenance of the CMDB to track infrastructure products and dependencies
• Strong understanding of infra product lifecycle management
