Job summary

Raas Infotek has an urgent need for a Service Now Developer based in the United States. The successful candidate will gather business requirements, design technical solutions, and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Design and develop custom applications, custom rules, and platform customizations
• Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs
• Build and manage workflows using Flow Designer, including Flow Actions and Subflows
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
• Work on new module implementations and enhancements (ITSM and other ServiceNow modules as required)
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and platform performance guidelines
• Support testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization
• Collaborate closely with architects, functional consultants, and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Proven experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development
• Strong expertise in Flow Designer, Flow Actions, and automation
• Experience working on integrations (REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub)
• Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules (ITSM preferred)
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, and performance considerations

CAD certification is mandatory.
