Via Logic LLC is seeking a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer for a remote, U.S.-based role with preference for several states. You will design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions, integrate with external systems, and support CI/CD within a federal contract context helping USCIS programs.

Role: Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote, work must be performed with the U.S. Preference for candidates located in the following states: CA, CO, DC, GA, FL, IL, MS, NC, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, and VT.
Type: Full-Time, W-2
Compensation: $90K-$115K depending on experience
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience

Your Route Into ServiceNow Development

At Via Logic, we believe great technology should make complex work simpler, faster, and more reliable. We’re looking for a Mid-Level ServiceNow Developer who enjoys building scalable solutions, solving technical challenges, and collaborating with both technical and non-technical teams.

In this role, you’ll support the design, development, and implementation of solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including custom and scoped applications, integrations, workflow automation, Service Catalog capabilities, and locally developed applications.

You’ll work closely with ServiceNow architects, developers, citizen developers, analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions. You’ll also support CI/CD movements between environments, participate in code reviews and demonstrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and help ensure development follows ServiceNow and enterprise best practices.

This role provides the opportunity to contribute directly to mission-critical systems supporting the Department of Homeland Security while continuing to deepen your ServiceNow expertise across application development, integrations, automation, and platform delivery.

Your Mission Today

Your Responsibilities:

  • ServiceNow Development: Design, develop, configure, and deploy custom applications and solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

  • Technical Collaboration: Work closely with ServiceNow architects, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to map business requirements and services to appropriate ServiceNow capabilities.
  • Code Reviews & Demonstrations: Participate in code reviews, proofs of concept, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
