Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer to support and enhance our global ServiceNow platform. You will contribute to operational support, platform development, integrations, maintenance, and documentation while collaborating with experienced developers and business partners.

Formación

• 3–5 years of relevant experience with ServiceNow, another enterprise workflow platform, or related education.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and development concepts.
• Experience with ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, Problem, or Request Management.
• Experience with JavaScript or a comparable scripting language; ServiceNow scripting may be developed in this role.
• Foundational understanding of REST APIs, web services, authentication, and data integrations.
• Ability to investigate technical issues, document findings, and communicate when assistance is needed.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and nontechnical colleagues.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification, or willingness to obtain it.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support including incident investigation and mitigation.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST or SOAP APIs, and MID Servers.
• Configure, develop, test, and enhance ServiceNow solutions with Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Transform Maps, Import Sets, and Flows.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting sessions, and knowledge sharing.
• Help ensure governance, security, and data handling practices are followed.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, and admins across ITSM, HRIS, ITOM, Security, and vendors.
