Job description

CRI Advantage, a ServiceNow Consulting and Implementation Partner of the Year, is hiring a ServiceNow Developer to join our NowAdvantage team. This team delivers ongoing support and strategic enhancements for existing ServiceNow platforms. As a key developer on a small, focused team, you will drive technical solutions, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and align platform evolution with customer goals. This role is fully remote and requires flexible availability within U.S. time zones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance existing ServiceNow environments post-implementation.
  • Collaborate with the Program Analyst to align solutions with client objectives and continuous improvement goals.
  • Lead platform upgrades, patches, and technical roadmap execution.
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical recommendations to maximize platform ROI.
  • Design and develop custom items, workflows, dashboards, and integrations using Flow Designer and third-party APIs.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure service continuity.
  • Document configurations, standards, and training content.
  • Conduct requirements gathering, user story development, and demo presentations.
  • Assist sales efforts with solution design and ServiceNow capability demonstrations.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience (3-7 preferred).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on expertise with ServiceNow administration and core applications.
  • Proficient in ITIL framework and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with three or more: HAM, SAM, Discovery ITSM, CSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, PPM or SecOps,.
  • Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, AngularJS, Bootstrap, and automation tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate third-party systems with ServiceNow.

Certifications:

  • Required: CSA and CIS in ITSM, CSM, or HRSD
  • Preferred: CAD and/or ITIL v4 Certification

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
