Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Arlington VA, (Primarily Remote)
Clearance Level: Secret Clearance (Active)
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a Secret Clearance and a strong background in Department of Defense (DOD) environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions tailored to meet DOD-specific requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to customize workflows, enhance automation, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, integrations, and data management tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with DOD operational needs.
- Customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, HR, CSM, etc.) to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Implement security and data access controls in compliance with DOD policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow APIs and integrations with third-party tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and workflows.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and other technical teams.
- Stay current on the latest ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Previous experience working in a DOD environment, with a strong understanding of security protocols and regulatory compliance.
- Expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, customization, and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
- Experience with ServiceNow modules like ITSM, HR Service Delivery, or CSM is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with federal IT systems and frameworks such as RMF and NIST.
Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 a year
