Job summary

Gravity IT Resources in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer (Developer III) for a hybrid role focused on HRSD and ITSM workflow automation, API integrations, and enterprise deployments. Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Build and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
• Develop Service Catalog solutions, Record Producers, and automated fulfillment processes.
• Create and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms using REST APIs, SOAP services, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Develop HRSD and ITSM solutions supporting business process automation.
• Design and implement workflow automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort; collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices.
• Support Agile development teams in delivering high-quality ServiceNow enhancements.

Overview

We are seeking aSenior ServiceNow Developer (Developer III) to design, develop, and support custom ServiceNow solutions acrossHRSD,ITSM, and enterprise integrations. This role is heavily focused onworkflow automation in the HR space, application development, and API-based integrations, delivering platform enhancements that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
