Job description

We are looking for passionate and skilled ServiceNow CSM Developers with 7+ years of total experience and 5+ years of relevant hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and support ServiceNow CSM solutions, including Service Portal, Reporting, and Integrations.
2. Serve as a key contributor in ServiceNow CSM support and enhancement projects.
3. Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.
4. Troubleshoot, debug, and deploy CSM modules effectively.
5. Support Configuration, Workflow Management, System Maintenance, and Release Management.
6. Stay updated with Industry Trends to implement best practices.

Technical Requirements:

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow CSM support and implementation.
2. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM, Service Portal, integrations, and reporting.
3. Proficient in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
4. Experience in at least one full-cycle ServiceNow CSM implementation.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
2. Excellent Problem Solving, Time Management, and Communication skills.
Strong Stakeholder Engagement and Project Management capabilities.
