Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or relevant field, required.
• Experience with SAM Pro, required.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience supporting ServiceNow implementation.
• ServiceNow architecture and implementation experience, required.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Application Developer, required.

Responsibilities

• Serves as SMR on ServiceNow ITSM, HAM, SAM, ITOM, CMDB.
• Architects, develops, integrates, and implements ServiceNow solutions.
• Writes custom scripting and integrates 3rd party software.
• Develops and modifies ServiceNow workflows, forms, and components.
• Monitors health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow applications.
