Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Architect
Experience Level: 12+ Years
Location: New York (Remote) Travel on demand
Contract: long term


Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and a solid understanding of HR processes. The ideal candidate will lead HRSD projects, ensuring successful implementation and alignment with our organizational goals while fostering a collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end project management for HRSD and ServiceNow implementations using Agile methodologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, ensuring alignment with HR process needs.
  3. Coordinate ServiceNow implementation with HR processes and HRSD modules, ensuring user training and adoption.
  4. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  5. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within scope, budget, and schedule.
  6. Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project updates.
  7. Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve project issues proactively.
  8. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize HRSD workflows and ServiceNow solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on HRSD and ServiceNow implementations.
  3. In-depth knowledge of HR processes, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  4. Expertise in the ServiceNow HRSD platform and related modules, including scripting and data migration.
  5. Strong project management skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms.
  6. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  7. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in change management and organizational transformation related to HR technology.
  2. Familiarity with ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.
  3. Advanced problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
