- Understands Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform features and module functionality to drive platform expansion and adoption.
- Manage permissions and access for users, roles, and groups.
- Maintain Service Catalogs and Service Level Agreements.
- Manage a healthy configuration management database (CMDB).
- Maintain system performance through regular checkups.
- Provide end-user training where necessary and creates and maintains process and knowledge documentation for team and users.
- Responsible for application support and operational activities, code migrations, replications, patching, and upgrades.
- Develop and maintain import templates for the loading of data.
- Deploy update sets from non-production environment.
- Any other related duties as required.
Qualifications/Training
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
- At least 3 years of experience with an ITSM platform.
- Advanced Scripting/ Reporting and other classes are highly recommended.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of end users, IS and Management staff.
- 2+ years of IT experience in information technology with a focus on IT application operations in a large scale, complex environment.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Systems or Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
