Job summary

McLeod Health seeks an IT Operations/Support professional to manage ITSM platform operations and end-user training within a large hospital system. You will handle permissions, CMDB health, service catalogs, and platform upgrades while maintaining high service excellence.

You will collaborate with IS and clinical teams to expand platform adoption, ensure performance, and deliver documentation and knowledge resources for the team and users.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
  • At least 3 years of experience with an ITSM platform.
  • Advanced scripting/reporting and other classes are highly recommended.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of end users, IS and Management staff.
  • 2+ years of IT experience in information technology with a focus on IT application operations in a large scale, complex environment.

  • Understands Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) platform features and module functionality to drive platform expansion and adoption.
  • Manage permissions and access for users, roles, and groups.
  • Maintain Service Catalogs and Service Level Agreements.
  • Manage a healthy configuration management database (CMDB).
  • Maintain system performance through regular checkups.
  • Provide end-user training where necessary and creates and maintains process and knowledge documentation for team and users.
  • Responsible for application support and operational activities, code migrations, replications, patching, and upgrades.
  • Develop and maintain import templates for the loading of data.
  • Deploy update sets from non-production environment.
  • Any other related duties as required.

Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education
