Shift: Evening Shift (6:00 PM IST-2:30 AM IST) Overlapping with USA Eastern Standard Time Shift

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and architect ServiceNow platform solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Implement and support ServiceNow modules, including SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), CMDB, Field Service Management (FSM), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), ITSM, and ITOM.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical designs and workflows within ServiceNow.
• Ensure best practices are followed for ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration.
• Support integrations with external applications and platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and process improvement across IT and business workflows.
• Maintain system performance, perform upgrades, and ensure compliance with governance/security policies.
