Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Writer or in an automotive service environment.

• Comfortable working with service management software and computer-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage service work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs and service work prior to sale and post-purchase when needed.
• Communicate with technicians and service staff to track progress and ensure timely completion.
• Research automotive parts and assist with parts coordination and ordering.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation within dealership systems.
• Provide internal updates on repair timelines, vehicle status, and completion expectations.
• Assist with vehicle delivery coordination when follow-up service work is required.
