Job summary

Camping World is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will determine specialized product needs by working directly with customers and suggest add-ons to increase average transactions, while providing price estimates for installations prior to scheduling.

You will keep customers informed on work progress and outcomes. The ideal candidate has at least one year of service experience, familiarity with RV products or camping lifestyle, strong organizational skills, and a

• Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
