Job summary

Camping World in Massachusetts is seeking a Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will determine specialized product needs and services by working directly with customers, and you will suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions while providing price estimates for installations before scheduling appointments.

You will keep customers apprised of work progress and follow department policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of service experience preferred.
• Experience with RV products or camping lifestyle is a plus.
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed.
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills required.
• Follow department procedures and policies.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending.

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $50,000 - $75,000 or more. This is a commission-based role with uncapped commissions.
