Job summary

Greenway-Equipment in Arkansas seeks a Service Department support specialist to handle customer inquiries, coordinate loading/unloading of equipment, and maintain accurate service records.

You will work with the service team to communicate repair timelines, assist with logistics, inspections, and warranty/parts management, fostering a reliable, teamwork-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries to the Service Department.
• Assist in loading/unloading customer equipment.
• Follow check in / check out process for customer units.
• Communicate repair timelines and status updates.
• Assist in service logistics such as trucking and washing.
• Complete pre/post demo or rental delivery inspections.
• Open work orders and maintain status until invoiced.
• Maintain service records and warranty/parts handling.
• Participate in safety rules and keep a clean workspace.
