Job summary

Thys Automotive Family in Belle Plaine, IA is seeking a Service Advisor to act as the friendly liaison between customers and service technicians. You will greet guests, schedule appointments, translate repair needs to technicians, and educate customers on services with a low-pressure approach.

Qualifications

• Greeting customers promptly and courteously in the service area.
• Clearly translate repair needs to technicians for accurate work.
• Educate customers on additional services with low pressure, high integrity.
• Provide accurate repair/maintenance estimates to customers.
• Follow up on each repair and inform customers of progress.
• Maintain CSI scores in line with dealership standards.

• Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance with dealership standards
