Job summary

Don Ringler Automotive in Temple, TX is seeking a Service Valet/Porter to support our busy service department. You will interact daily with customers, technicians, and service staff, helping move vehicles and maintain order in production and service areas.

Average starting base pay is $12 per hour. Training and growth opportunities are available for the right candidate who shows a strong work ethic and a customer-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• The job requires strong people skills and a positive attitude.
• A willingness to be a team member is essential to this position.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick up from and deliver customers to desired locations.
• Pick up and deliver vehicles to sublet vendors and customers as directed.
• Move vehicles from intake area to storage area.
• Move vehicles inside and outside of service center to help achieve production standards.
• Maintain a neat and orderly production and service areas by sweeping and removing trash and discarded parts.
• Maintain other service center and facilities areas including offices and storage spaces.
• Follow regulations related to disposal of hazardous wastes.
• Save and tag warranty parts for storage.
