Job summary

The CAR Group (Norm Reeves Dealerships) is hiring a Service Valet at our Dallas (Onsite) location. This Full-Time position supports the service team by greeting customers, collecting vehicle details, and ensuring smooth vehicle handoffs and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include parking/retrieving vehicles, verifying service work, and keeping the area clean. The ideal candidate has a friendly attitude, clear communication, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the service area.
• Collect vehicle information (model, mileage, service history) to start service.
• Coordinate with service advisors for smooth handoffs of vehicles.
• Park and retrieve vehicles as needed.
• Verify vehicle documentation and services performed before returning to customers.
• Explain services and recommendations from the service team to customers.
• Keep the service area clean, organized and debris-free at all times.
