Job summary

A leading automotive dealership in San Antonio is seeking a motivated Service Valet. In this role, you will park and retrieve client vehicles while ensuring a high standard of customer service. Candidates should have a valid driver's license and a passion for helping customers. Benefits include medical/dental and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• No prior experience necessary.
• Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable) is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients and escorts them to appropriate personnel.
• Parks cars in designated areas.
• Retrieves cars for clients.
• Finds and installs license plates.
• Replaces vehicle bulbs.
• Notifies Assistant Service Manager if client is waiting.
• Keeps service drive free of vehicles.
• Maintains adherence to dealership policy.
• Helps clients transfer luggage or packages.
• Assists techs in moving inoperable vehicles.
• Alerts Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles.
• Assists with housekeeping on the service drive.

We currently have an opportunity available for a Service Valet. Qualified candidates will share our passion for great customer service and have a drive to go above and beyond the minimum standard.

Job Summary

The Service Valet will park and retrieve service clients' cars in a friendly and professional manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Greets clients/ Escorts client to appropriate member
• Parks cars in designated areas
• Retrieves cars for clients
• Finds and installs license plates
• Replaces vehicle bulbs
• Notifies Assistant Service Manager or Estimator if client is waiting
• Keeps service drive free of vehicles
• Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation
• Help clients transfer luggage or packages between cars
• Assists techs in moving inoperable vehicles
• Alerts Manager to any damage to clients’ vehicles
• Assists with housekeeping on the service drive keeping it clean and clear of debris
• Attends department meetings

Requirements

No prior experience necessary. Operator's Driver's License (must be insurable) is required.
