Job summary

T.O. Haas Tire & Auto in Tecumseh, NE is hiring a Service Truck Operator to sell and service large truck and farm tires, install and repair tires at the shop or on-site with our mobile service truck. No prior tire experience is required—we will train the right person.

The role offers a starting wage of $25/hour plus commissions, with a generous benefits package including tuition reimbursement, paid time off, and company-paid life insurance. Opportunities for advancement exist.

• Experience with tire service preferred, but no experience necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service large truck and farm tires.
• Install and repair tires at the shop or on-site with our mobile service truck.
• Operate hydraulic boom arm; dismount tires/wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools.
• Work with established accounts.

Qualifications

What you’ll need:A valid driver’s license and safe driving recordA “Can-Do” attitudePhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift up to 100lbs plus repetitively.Continuous lifting of air guns, tire bars etc.Must be able to operate ½" to ¾" air gun to on Tire/Wheel assemblies that could weigh over 100lbs. eachAbility to safely change and repair commercial tires in all weather conditions.
