Job summary

The Electricians is seeking an experienced CSR / Service Dispatcher in Centennial, Colorado to join our family-owned construction trades team. This role focuses on coordinating service calls, dispatching technicians, and maintaining accurate job details in ServiceTitan.

You will answer calls, schedule appointments, communicate with customers and techs, and monitor progress. This is not entry-level; prior dispatching in electrical/plumbing/HVAC is preferred, in-office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous dispatching or service coordination experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or construction/service trade.
• Hands-on ServiceTitan experience is strongly preferred.
• Understanding of the service process from call through dispatch, completion, and closeout.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stay calm and make good decisions when schedules change.
• Strong computer skills.
• Dependable, accountable, and willing to take ownership.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with technicians to ensure jobs are properly documented
• Review and close out jobs with technicians before they are dispatched to their next call
• Verify job notes, photos, materials, and other required information are complete and accurate
• Maintain accurate customer and job information in ServiceTitan

The Electricians & Plumbers is a family-owned, rapidly growing construction trades company serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Colorado front range. We are looking for an experienced CSR / Service Dispatcher to join our team and help keep our service department running efficiently. This is not an entry-level receptionist position. We are specifically looking for someone with experience dispatching in the electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or similar construction/service industry, along with strong ServiceTitan experience.
