Job summary

Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls is seeking experienced Service Technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles to manufacturer standards. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with open availability required to meet customer demand.

We provide paid training and manufacturer training opportunities to grow your skills, with competitive pay up to $45 per flat rate hour and a supportive team focused on high-quality workmanship and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician.
• ASE certifications preferred; company supports earning more.
• Valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Commitment to high-quality repairs and workmanship.
• Positive attitude and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical concerns to manufacturer standards.
• Perform advanced drivability, electrical, and warranty repairs.
• Lead junior technicians when needed.
• Complete routine maintenance services and multi-point inspections.
• Document all work performed in compliance with factory and warranty requirements.
• Communicate with service advisors regarding diagnostics, timelines, and repair recommendations.
• Stay current with service technology, service bulletins, and required training.
