If so, Blossman Gas & Appliance invites you to apply online for an open GAS SERVICE TECHNICIAN or SERVICE APPRENTICE position at our growing location in Clayton, GA, serving the Clayton / Rabun County area. Blossman Gas, with over 80 branch locations across 12 states, is the largest independent propane company in America. Our company culture fosters low turnover, offering local work and stability.

Responsibilities

• Install propane tanks for residential and commercial customers
• Install, service, and maintain gas appliances such as water heaters, dryers, ranges/stoves, fireplaces, generators, and more
• For Apprentices: learn hands-on skills by working with Service Technicians and participating in classroom and online training

Position Details

The Service Technician role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in propane, appliance installation/repair, or mechanical work, who enjoy working locally. The Apprenticeship pathway requires no prior experience but benefits from mechanical aptitude, use of hand tools, and a positive attitude. Successful apprentices can advance to Technician, Senior Technician, and Master Technician roles upon meeting educational milestones.

• For Apprentices: mechanical experience, hand tool familiarity, and eagerness to learn
