Job summary

Bulldog Services LLP seeks a Field Service Technician to join our team in the Williston area. You will welcome customers, demonstrate our service culture, and perform installation, testing, and maintenance of surface components for oil and gas equipment.

You will document work, ensure safety, and coordinate with the team and customers in daily tasks. The role requires a valid driving record, physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and adherence to safety guidelines and company manuals.

Qualifications

• Valid driving record with no OWI, IWO, DWI in the last 5 years.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and operate safely per safety manual.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Bulldog Services LLP and model professional service culture.
• Inspect, assemble, test, repair, and install surface components (Frac, Production, Drilling Equipment) per guidelines.
• Document daily tasks and safety paperwork (JSA, Safety Docs, FNCR, REQ, timecards).
• Maintain and inventory service tooling and company assets.
• Communicate with team, customers, vendors in written and verbal form.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The first responsibility is to warmly welcome customers to BDS and model our professional, service-oriented business culture while
• providing them with the highest quality of service, and product knowledge that is possible,
• Service Techs are required to master basic and advanced skills in processes, technique, assemblies, install, and technical evaluation procedures pertaining but not
• limited to pressure control valves, drilling systems, flow back equipment, and other oil and gas-related items.
• Service Techs are required to inspect, assemble, test, repair, and install various surface components (Frac, Production, and Drilling Equipment) to specific Verbal
• and Written guidelines in the field environment.
• The ability to inspect and identify and correct flawed wellheads, drilling systems, pressure control valves, and other oil and gas-related equipment in a timely
• manner while ensuring the customer’s specifications as well as the standard company and industry standards are met without exceptions.
• Documentation: Accurately and honestly complete and submit paperwork associated with job task daily duties; (JSA, Safety Docs, FST, FNCR, REQ, testing
• documentation, timecards, etc.) in the set amount of time. Report any non-compliance of procedural action immediately to Supervisor or HR. Labeling or Stamping
• equipment in the proper manner.

Maintenance:

• Team Members are responsible for and required to inventory, maintain, and log of all assets, both inventory and company-owned, i.e.: service
• tooling, vehicles, and related items,

Communication:

• Every BDS team member must have the ability to communicate with team members, customers, vendors, as well as the community in both written
• and verbal documentation. Assist other team members in daily activities and job-related tasks approved by the Quality & Production Team

Safety:

• Team Members are required to perform his or her job duties in the safest way possible with a 100% accident-free, 100% incident-free target goal while
• abiding by QMS, HSE, and EHB.

Representative:

• All Bulldog Services LLP Team Members as acting representatives are required to professionally present, uphold, and solidify the representation

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing and lifting, Spends 95% of the time in the field & shop environment, 2% in the vehicle, 3% office environment.

Other Required Responsibilities:

• Valid driving record without any OWI, IWO, DWI, etc. in the last 5 years. Lifting of equipment must be done in a manner in
• accordance with the company safety manual (max 30 lbs.), review staged jobs before loading, operate a forklift (only if you have current forklift training certification,
• Overhead Crane operation, Operate Testing Equipment, Rigging, each of which will be completed in accordance with current training and Bulldog Services Safety
• Manual.

Other:

• Clothing items promoting or suggesting non-business-related propaganda are not allowed. The team members will conform to the use of Personal
• Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by BDS in compliance with OSHA regulations and directives. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for
• oneself and others by following any and all posted and non-posted safety guidelines. Non-posted guidelines are found in the BDS safety manual.

Hours of Operation:

• Monday through Sunday, 24/7 during on-call, this is a 24-hour on-call - tower position. Employees are required to complete any pertinent
• duties by end of the job if possible.
