COCHRAN ROBINSON KIA in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking certified KIA/Hyundai technicians to join our winning team. We provide top pay, paid time off, and extensive benefits while you work on signature vehicles.

We hire technicians with prior service experience; ASE certifications are ideal and PA state inspection/emissions licenses are a big plus. You’ll work with a supportive team and access training to grow your career.

Aufgaben

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional repairs and time estimates.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs

Qualifications

• We hire professionals with previous automotive service experience, but we LOVE to train and develop new technicians
• ASE certifications are ideal
• PA state inspection and emissions licenses a huge plus
• Strong automotive background with experience working flat-rate
• Strong teamwork skills
• Candidate should have tools necessary for the duties of the position
