Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto PVA/Jiffy Lube is hiring Service Technicians to ensure customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. Technicians are cross-trained to perform a variety of maintenance tasks and customer service duties.

On-site roles include performing oil changes, inspections, and basic repairs, with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction. No automotive experience required—we train new hires and offer growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team and perform duties effectively.
• Willingness to learn with a growth mindset.
• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs; bend, reach, crawl, climb.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (lights, wipers, brakes, tires).
• Conduct multi-point inspections and maintain inspection records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields upon entry.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in training (on-site & e-learning).
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and basic facility upkeep.
• Promote customer loyalty through clear service reviews and quality work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
