Craig and Landreth Cars in Louisville, KY is seeking a Service Technician with 2+ years of experience to join our growing dealership. You will diagnose, repair, and test vehicles, work with diagnostic equipment, and communicate with the Service Advisor about additional repairs.

We value teamwork, customer service, and a proactive attitude. ASE certification is preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required, and a clean driving record is needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to operate diagnostic systems and repair equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with the Service Advisor about any additional service needed and provide time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
