Group 1 South Pointe Honda is seeking a Service Technician Trainee to join our Honda team. We are growing and have immediate positions for individuals who are passionate about customer service, take pride in their work, and enjoy being part of a winning team that cares about employees.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills essential.
• Professional appearance and work ethic required.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Mansioni

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, tire repairs, and basic brake services.
• Inspect and replace air, cabin, fuel, and other filters as needed.
• Check and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, belts, hoses, and other components.
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Identify maintenance or repair needs and communicate them to the service advisor.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures.
• Use automotive tools and shop equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all OSHA, dealership, and safety requirements.
• Assist other technicians and service department personnel as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
