Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician Trainee for our Tulsa dealership. You will perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filters, while learning to diagnose and service vehicles to meet manufacturer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional appearance.
• Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic brake services.
• Inspect and replace air and cabin filters.
• Check fluids, tire pressure, lights, belts, and other vehicle components.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and document findings.
• Identify maintenance or repair needs and communicate them to the service advisor.
• Follow manufacturer specifications and dealership procedures.
• Use automotive tools and shop equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all OSHA, dealership, and safety requirements.
• Assist other technicians and service department personnel as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.

• Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, tire repairs, and basic brake services.

• Inspect and replace air, cabin, fuel, and other filters as needed.

• Check and maintain fluid levels, tire pressure, lights, belts, hoses, and other vehicle components.
