Our work includes a variety of residential and commercial projects such as Roof Repairs, Siding Repair, Gutter Cleaning, Gutter Installation, Building Decks and Fences, Interior Repair/Remodeling, and more!

Compensation:

• Starting at $18 per hour plus a bonus if you have no experience but hold a valid driver’s license, are over 21, and can be insured to drive a company vehicle.
• Starting at $16 per hour plus a bonus if you do not have a driver’s license or cannot be insured to drive a company vehicle.
• If you have experience, LET’S TALK! Your pay rate will range from $20 to $26 plus bonuses, based on your experience.

All employees are provided with a roadmap to increase their pay as they gain knowledge and skills.

In this role, you will learn to:

• Perform various residential and commercial roof repair projects.
• Complete home projects such as gutter installation, deck building, drywall repair, painting, power washing, and more.
