Jiffy Lube is seeking a Service Technician who helps customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. You will be cross‑trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and customer service, with on‑the‑job training emphasized.

Qualifications

  • Must be safety‑conscious and able to follow manufacturer guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
  • Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
  • Complete multi‑point inspections and maintain accurate records.
  • Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
  • Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension).
  • Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
  • Participate in on‑site and online training.
  • Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
  • Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
