Job summary

Jiffy Lube is seeking a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. You will be cross-trained to perform maintenance, inspections, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include oil changes, multi-point inspections, and maintaining records while following safety guidelines. On-site and online training opportunities are provided; drive home your growth with the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods; lift 50+ lbs.; bend, reach, crawl, climb.
• Comfortable in enclosed or semi-outdoor workspaces.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
