The starting hourly pay range for Service Technicians is $22.00, commensurate with experience and dependent on the community's level of complexity. Our Service Technicians typically work a schedule that includes one or more weekend days. Our Service Team members participate in a rotating on-call schedule with additional shift differential pay.
