About the Role

This is a full-time, seasonal position where you will be the front line and point person for our brand to the rider. Your role involves providing exceptional rider service, technical expertise, and supporting sales and profitability goals. You will work directly with riders, both in-store and remote, to identify needs and deliver solutions quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  1. Connect with riders, assess their needs, and recommend services or products from our menu.
  2. Provide authoritative technical advice on bicycles and related products.
  3. Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance rider satisfaction.
  4. Accurately document service work and manage repair schedules.
  5. Assist customers with product selection and technical questions.
  6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all merchandise and new product lines.
  7. Support bike sales through technical consulting and store duties.
  8. Keep the store clean and organized, including light janitorial tasks.
  9. Proficiently use Lightspeed POS systems and store websites.
  10. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications
  • Passion for cycling and the Specialized brand.
  • Bike shop or mechanic experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and stand for extended periods.
  • Capable of lifting at least 50 lbs. and using proper lifting techniques.
